Master Photography Techniques founder Stu Williamson is a highly respected Master Photographer who has lectured throughout Europe and the USA on behalf of some of the world’s leading photographic, film and paper manufacturers. He has been awarded some of the most prestigious photographic awards in the world including the 2009, Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International Photographer of the Year and the Master Photographers’ Association Master Photographer of the Year. Stu has the highest qualifications in the photographic industry. He is a “Fellow” in the British Institute of Professional Photographers, Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and The Master Photographers’ Association.

Stu is a published author having written a highly acclaimed book “Stu Williamson’s Concept to Print – the making of 20 portrait images” which has sold thousands of copies worldwide. He has also produced a video which includes many of his cutting edge posing and lighting techniques developed over 25 years at the forefront of the photographic industry. Stu does not only produce information based products, he is also a pioneer of photographic equipment. The revolutionary Lastolite Tri-flector which he designed is used by top photographers internationally.

He has lectured for Ilford, Kodak and Fuji in several countries and is on the qualification panel for the BIPP and the MPA.
